Well, tell that to the 38-year-old dad who was killed off by his 16-year-old daughter, when then got 27 years but they let her out. She now lives under a different (unknown) name.
The guy on TV said he felt bad that they gave her 27 years.
Yeah, she only killed off dear old Dad. You know, their brains aren't all developed and such. /s
