The Truth About Q-Anon
Dr. Seb Gorka homepage ^ | April 8, 2019 | Dr. Seb Gorka

Posted on 04/10/2019 10:11:03 AM PDT by romanesq

During the 2018 Midterms in the United States, strange signs started appearing at political rallies. Held up by non-descript attendees, the signs read simply, “We are Q.” For those Trekkers out there, you might be confused: no, these rallygoers were not making an oblique reference to the infamous Star Trek: The Next Generation character portrayed by John de Lancie. The group appeared from the fringes of internet chat rooms, such as on the website of 4Chan, a peculiar mixture of cyberpunks and various online misfits.

“Q” is derived from an anonymous poster on the internet forum, a source claiming to have a top secret clearance with the U.S. intelligence community. This person (or group of people) spun an intricate conspiracy theory that many Far Right activists on gonzo internet forums picked up and began disseminating to wider audiences online and in their communities.

The conspiracy goes like this: the real purpose of the Robert Mueller special counsel investigation was not to investigate Donald Trump, but instead to investigate Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, and people like former Hillary Clinton campaign chairman, John Podesta. The QAnon conspiracy theory is far-reaching, with new pieces added with regularity, in the form of what Q supporters refer to as “breadcrumbs.” One such addition to the conspiracy theory last year was that the Mueller probe was also looking into the now-deceased Senator John McCain (R-AZ) for his illegal activities.

What is the ultimate end of the QAnon conspiracy; what does Mueller hope to achieve, according to them?

That part, like most conspiracy theories, is conveniently not knowable. The Mueller investigation, having ended in a whimper rather than the bang the Trump-hating Fake News was hoping for, should have been the end of the QAnon conspiracy theory. QAnon conspiracy theorists have simultaneously argued that the ultimate target of the Mueller investigation is either the “Deep State” of nefarious anti-American, globalist actors, or the aim is to pursue high-profile pedophiles in the United States government and in other powerful circles related to the government.

QAnon’s Pernicious Connections to “Pizzagate”

Now for the most pernicious aspect of the QAnon conspiracy theory. In 2016, conspiracists on 4Chan and other similar fringe messaging boards claimed that the emails stolen from Hillary Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s (and subsequently made public by WikiLeaks) contained secret messages referring to a powerful ring of pedophiles who were using a local Washington, D.C. pizzeria as a base of operations to conduct their crimes. None of these claims were true. But, what ended up happening was that the highly irresponsible conspiracy theory triggered a mentally unstable man, who in turn took a gun to a D.C. pizzeria with intent to use it.

The source material for these theories is the vile, uber-fringe 4Chan and 8Chan. 4Chan was launched in 2003 as a place to share images and discuss Japanese anime. In fact, it was modeled on the Japanese anime internet boards, such as Futaba Channel. Over time, though, the already eclectic group of online personalities that 4Chan attracted devolved into something darker. It became a haven for crazed conspiracy theorists from both sides of the political divide. 4Chan also became popular among the white nationalist community, and also became a place for hackers and other criminals–including child pornographers. If there was a Hell on the internet, 4Chan was Hell.

Meanwhile, a similar website, created by gonzo software developer, Frederick Brennan, 8Chan was launched in 2013 as a response to what Brennan believed was the rise in authoritarianism, censorship, and surveillance on 4Chan. Despite the fact that 8Chan has become the 3,857th most viewed website in the world, with an average of 35,000 unique visitors per day and 400,000 original posts per day, it too has become mired in controversy. 8Chan, which has been billed as the more libertarian (though, perhaps libertine would be better) 4Chan, has apparently become a hub of international child pornography postings. This became such a problem that, in 2015, 8Chan was blacklisted by Google search. It is a profound understatement to claim that anything positive or good comes from these boards. Yet, it is precisely from sites like these that the “Pizzagate” and now the QAnon conspiracy theories emanate.

Alternative media figures, such as Mike Cernovich, have also furthered the “Pizzagate” and QAnon conspiracy theories. Some of these individuals have massive social media followings. With big internet names furthering the conspiracies, it was only a matter of time before disaster struck. In 2016, when the pizzeria shooting happened, several media outlets attempted to lay the blame at the feet of people like Cernovich. This only gave the Fake News Industrial Complex more fuel in their ongoing war against President Trump and the Right.

The very same group of internet Alt-Right activists and online forums that furthered the “Pizzagate” conspiracy have also spread the QAnon conspiracy theory.

Here are some of the other bizarre, totally inaccurate predictions that QAnon has made:

01/21/18 – A flood was alleged to be coming. A flood consisting of various forms of media that I imagine were supposed to implicate somebody in something nefarious. Sadly, this flood never came.

01/21/18 – Q makes some very certain claims about the Nunes Memo, which of course do not come remotely true when the memo is released a couple weeks later.

01/22/18 – Q posts a confirmed fake Podesta email, then promptly deletes it. But not before his followers have time to notice. 02/09/18 – Next week [Next week] was declared ‘suicide weekend‘. Nothing came to pass.

02/21/18 – Q predicts that the founder of Twitter is removing accounts because he and his Deep State friends are in deep trouble. Nothing came to pass.

03/15/18 – Q declares ‘March Madness’ and that ‘the public will soon know’. Nothing came to pass.

04/02/18 – April was supposed to be a “BIG month“, full of happenings including but not limited to arrests, the release of the IG report, the wall, “military start”, and unsealed indictments. Nothing came to pass.

Where Does QAnon Go From Here?

Things have gotten even stranger for the QAnon conspiracists now that Special Counsel Robert Mueller has submitted his final report. While the report has not yet been made public, Attorney General William Barr has seen it, and he has issued a summary of the report.

AG Barr explains that Mueller has not proven any collusion or coordination between President Donald Trump, his top 2016 campaign staffers, and Russian intelligence. The focus of the investigation was Donald Trump and his 2016 presidential campaign. Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, John Podesta, or even John McCain were not targets of the Mueller probe in any way as Q promised.

The fact that the QAnon conspiracy theory is tied in with the “Pizzagate” fiasco is bad enough. The more damaging part is that these cult-like actors link themselves to the Trump movement, despite the fact that no member of the Trump movement has anything to do with these insane theories. They are the outgrowth of a pathetic group who exist online, in the dark corners of the worldwide web. That they have attached their delusions to the Trump movement is unfortunate.

But, they do not represent and are not affiliated with President Trump, his supporters, or those who work for the president.

Recently, some Q supporters have insisted that certain pictures of President Trump and key advisers in the White House “prove” that they are, in fact, members of the Q conspiracy because their positioning makes it appear as though they are displaying subliminal messages about Q. These internet personalities claim to be supporting the President. Yet, consistently, their actions have shown that they are not allies of the President. They damage and besmirch the Trump movement with their irresponsible actions.

In that their actions, both directly and indirectly, aid those who would do damage to the Make America Great Again Agenda and see it fail. Whoever Q or QAnon may be, they are most decidedly not close to the President, they are not Conservatives, and with every post they make, they subvert the MAGA Agenda.

Well, just from observation, I’d guess that folks who
read about baby-torturing and baby-eating Satanic cabals

How is ripping babies in the womb limb from limb much different than satanic sacrifice? These people didn’t just support this, they cheered it like they won the super bowl. If they are willing to not only support, but cheer this, what else do they support? I think it is “nutty” to NOT ask this question.

Right. Tell that to Daisy, the star of the films that gave police nightmares after they watched them that people claimed were a conspiracy theory. And while you’re at it tell Peter Gerald Scully that he doesn’t really exist either, at least not in the mind of the naive...he’s just a conspiracy..............

Sorry good buddy, I debunk important subjects/topics on my own.

Don't know about your track record, but I'm almost never wrong. ; )

Apparently it’s some grand secret because it is just that difficult to lay it out in black and white.

I came to this thread with a pretty open mind, and the only person who has made Q seem anything but even less credible than before is that one person who gave specifics as to why he believed it was true.

I pointed out that the mighty QAnon who descended from the heavens to save the world somehow decided while doing so to attack an obscure, small pro-Trump PAC.

Q can chew gum and walk at the same time.

He goes after all manner of derp scumbags, the more diverse the better.

Anything he points to is dirty, so your so-called MAGA Coalition is dirty. And it has ties to Gorka through his wife, so guess what, shillbot? Gorka is dirty.

And that's the connection to be made by Q pointing to your precious PAC.

The dots, my man. The dots.

p.s. And now you know why Gorka got fired, since you didn't seem to know.

Anything else I can help you with?

Oh I used to try and post the evidence. I would lay it all out, and provide links and the whole nine yards. I discovered that I could not even get honest debate from those. That is why Q people have stopped doing it on special request. But there are people out there that have documented it in text or in videos. Sadly I have not saved the links because it turned out to be a waist of time to try and convince anyone of anything. It also does not help that I don’t have a way to post graphics on FR. Memes are usually the easiest way to lay it all out.

As I already mentioned. An Anon on Q’s forum asked Trump to say “Tip Top” in his SOTU address. But there wasn’t enough time before the speech to even make that happen. So along comes Easter and what does Trump do? See yourself.

My track record is excellent. I called the Russia Collusion Hoax a hoax in 2016.

I’ve seen enough evidence that the QAnon hoax is not only a LARP but a grift.

We’re seeing the people behind it and its ugly. They are posting the Q droppings and then they are “decoding” them for money.

A whole lot of money as they’ve made it into a full-time con taking Baby Boomers for their money. What’s so interesting is how often they are wrong and yet they are able to keep the grift going.

There’s been no arrests. Zero. Zip. All the predictions about the imaginary indictments, tens of thousands sealed and flights to GITMO of all these people has led to exactly, wait for it.... ZIP, NADA, NUNCA!

No matter how much is wrong, how many “BOOMs” never happen, they keep the grift going.

So I’m not responsible for debunking this subject. There are many who have done so. Many of them are proven, true MAGA like Seb Gorka.

Here I am ready to be convinced. Show me. Produce some links to the specific claims that most convince you of the veracity of Q. Provide a reason to agree there’s something to it.

The thing is, if the evidence were so overwhelming and convincing as is claimed, these simple requests should be no problem whatsoever to fulfill. I am genuinely interested in knowing if such evidence actually exists.

What this looks like from this perspective is that a bunch of people got a lot of bluster but nothing to back it up in terms of concrete reality. I cannot tell the difference between this phenomenon and people who sincerely believe horoscopes tell their futures.

So show me the difference. If you got it. You’re supposed to be the expert, according to the other guy. I stand ready to be convinced if there is anything convincing to be found.

Yes, the hoaxers of #QAnon can find a tiny Trump PAC and drop everything to repeatedly attack it and also dox Seb Gorka and his family.

Yeah, nothing odd about that.

Yup, you won’t answer the question. Yet you keep returning to brag how you will “help” address everything. So obviously silly. So Q.

“Q is the internet’s answer to Nostradamus.”

Except Nostradamus didn’t ask people to pay him to decode himself as these QAnon grifters do. ;)

"Hardly. I just added some research I’ve seen to what Dr. Gorka wrote in his article."

Baby, you've only cited the MAGA coalition website. Single-source intelligence, and the people connected with it, are always suspect. That's called a 'poison pen' report and you can read about it on wikipedia.

I'm back and glad to see this thread is still extant. (how's that word for a retarded 7th grade edumacation? - not directed at you, but others here say I'm retarded).

Give me a short time and I'll answer the MAGA Coalition question from earlier. Takes a little bit of time to compose.

Meanwhile, everyone, keep it polite. This is a great discussion.

Cause we all thought it was legit, right?

Really brah?

The trick was shutting it down, and now that that's accomplished, let the fun begin. The derps had their shot, and they failed. Now it's The Donald's turn.

“Single-source intelligence, and the people connected with it, are always suspect.”

That’s incorrect. I’ll let you figure it out.

There’s no single-source intelligence. There are intelligent people who have identified many and varied aspects of the QAnon hoax.

Magacoaltion.com has some of it but not all of it. Obviously.

How much wrong does the QAnon hoaxers have to get wrong before it’s enough?
For me, it was simple when the NYC Terrorist Bomber tried to hit the Port Authority.

That’s when I knew without a doubt QAnon was crap. It’s only gotten worse since.
But maybe you have the pictures of the thousands of people with Hillary, Huma and Podesta arrested sitting in GITMO. Please share. :)

You and absolutely everyone else who hadn’t drunk the TDS Kool-Aid.

What you are establishing with that claim is that you have an extremely low standard for “excellent”. If you are excellent in that respect, so is half the country or more.

Stating widely-known facts is not a prediction and does not create a track record of anything but knowledge of those well-known facts.

You were the one who played the victim card for maga coalition so I proved they are NOT the victim in this as their own treasurer has been anti-Q for a long time.

Not sure what maga coalition is hiding but Neon Revolt came up with some good research (and used other’s research) to come up with some good probabilities. If the President’s Q team is calling them out, it has to be something much worse and why maga coalition is fighting Q so hard much like our enemy media is attempting to do. There is plenty of reasons to be skeptical of maga coalition and their motives.

One thing we do understand, those who have follow the President and his Q team; is there is no stopping what’s coming and there will be no escape from justice on those who purposely play the game.

The QAnon fraud is dangerous. It’s very bad for President Trump making his real supporters look like idiots.

There was a murder on Staten Island recently. The man who killed him is flashing a Q sign on his hand to the media.

The alleged murderer has a criminal attorney. That attorney is blaming the QAnon postings and also pointing at and blaming President Trump.

But getting through to people can be so hard. The religious density or something no matter how wrong and grifty. It’s like dealing with Scientologist. SMH.
