No rulings published (yet) today in the NXIVM case. I think there are 8 or 9 that the judge still needs to address. His most recent ruling was to deny Kathy Russell's motion to dismiss.

Prosecutors made a filing with the judge asking him to admit into evidence a list of uncharged-crimes. These are crimes that the Prosecutors will use to show the jury the types of criminal activities NXIVM and DOS were doing that support the racketeering charges. The 44-page pdf is called Document 414 and is here. Document 414. I like that. Sounds ominous.
Document 414 is an interesting read. In pre-trial motions, the defendants argued that there was no evidence to support a 'criminal enterprise'. With this document, the prosecution argues that, because of the defendants' pre-trial arguments, they must be allowed to present evidence of a whole bunch of crimes that prove just that. That's some legal kung-fu Bagster would be proud of.
Lots of mentions of cooperating witnesses. That's encouraging. It looks like there will be a parade of John and Jane Does who were wronged by the cult.
Now for the best part. Among the raft of uncharged crimes is illegally bundling campaign donations. NXIVM was trying to buy the influence of a presidential candidate through dirty money. Who? hillary! No not that election. The first one she lost to hussein. NXIVM did this at the suggestion of a NY pol who has already pled guilty to other kickback and bundling schemes. (Steve Pigeon?)

Naturally, no indication that candidate hillary knew the money was illegal. Only about $60k that is known, so the beast probably wouldn't have blinked at that small bling.
As I've been predicting, this case will creep closer and closer to dem politicians!

IMO, this trial and all that it uncovers are going to be far more important that even us FReeQs have suspected.
I’m wondering if this is the string that begins to unravel the whole sordid mess. It allows the introduction of so many of the topics we have been following here.
That fact that the media barely says a peep about this speaks volumes. This is the most sensational sex trial I can recall. It makes BJC’s cigar play seem tame by comparison. Perhaps what is so far lacking is the celebrity factor. Yes, Mack. But not a big enough name (yet) to attract attention the same way that OJ or BJC would. I think the connected names may yet be introduced.
