Reading this entire story it was very sad, he had spiraled comp,Evelyn out of control, filthy surroundings, not bathing or shaving, food containers everywhere, cocaine piled up on table people just coming by and grabbing some WHAT A WASTE, SNL during that time was so funny the cast was just hilarious compared to today being absolute GARBAGE not funny AT ALL!!! Most of them died SO YOUNG!!!!

Of the original cast, only two are dead, Belushi and Radner.

There was an SNL short video that they aired during what was usually a live show, during the time when Belushi was on the show. He had a reputation even then as a hard partier; but in this short film, he was dressed and made up as an old man with gray hair, an overcoat and winter hat. He was walking, and eventually dancing, in a snowy cemetery. The implication was that he would outlive all his cast mates on SNL. It is poignant to remember that long-ago skit.
