When a US company like KCS, UP or BNSF is involved with facilitating this crap, all sorts of things could be brought to bear; if it is one of the Mexican outfits, then the wonderful traditions of Mexican law and order apply. I agree. I would hope that if any of ours are aiding and abetting, POTUS would have the Federal Railroad Administration and the DOJ come down on them hard.
