The only thing I can think of is that some people still watch/read MSM “news” and get influenced by it and believe at least some of it. That 0bola is really popular, that 50% of the country are hardcore commies, that there are enough hardcores that there will be civil unrest if big names like 0b0la are arrested, etc.
Believing anything the MSM “news” says is like drinking poison. The either outright lie, cherry pick, twist with editorializing mixed in so it looks like fact, and all the rest. Anything in the MSM must be corroborated with a trustworthy source or it’s only worthwhile to see what lies the liars are lying.
Trying to find the “good parts” in MSM “news” is like digging through crap trying to find the undigested corn kernals that are still edible.
