I just keep hearing Trump asking, “If Sessions went in knowing he would recuse, why did he ever accept the job?”

I’m afraid if Sessions keenly recognized what he was walking into, with the FBI already crawling around Trump’s transition team fishing for the most casual of any Russian interactions, that he also had to suspect a recusal was possible, and what a Blow that would be to a fledgling administration to have a eunuch for an AG.

Even now, as the small dominos begin to fall, Sessions gets no reprieve from POTUS or the voters, and AG Barr is doing the heavy lifting and is a Boss in the hearings on the Hill. Poor Sessions was set up by Rosenstein to be cut out of the information loop, unprepared for hearings which made minced meat out of him, stuck with some female aide seated behind him telling him how to answer. The rest was painful.

I kind of feel sorry for Sessions...I'm sure he didn't know what was happening and then suddenly someone clued him in, he had already been put in as A.G. so he recluses…

I think he should run for his old seat again, course there could be problems there also, he could have it out for Our President and would vote against everything and join the RINO group, but then again, he might not...

At any rate, I feel some sorry for the old guy...
