Im shocked that homelessness has suddenly reappeared in 2 years after Obama solved the problem 8 years ago.
Especially in California and LA where homelessness is non-existent because of strong Democrat policies.
In fact its so good in california that theyre taking in millions of immigrants with no impact to their homelessness, economy or the environment as they have plenty of water and power to go around.
Redneck country boy here who grew up chasing coon hounds through the swamps of north Florida. First of either side of my family to go to college and the first commissioned officer of many who were in the service. Took me 7 years to finish. Worked full time my first three years and went to college part time. For two years I worked from 10pm until 6am at a trucking warehouse loading trucks all night. Had just enough time to get back to school, take a shower and head to class. Yes, my grades suffered. Had to stay out one semester to work and save up money to pay the bills. Then I transferred to a small college where I got a partial football scholarship and after football season, I again worked at night cleaning floors at the local JC Penny. But, at the end I got a piece of paper that allowed me to go to OCS, get a commission and on to flight school.
I started intently following the news when I was a young teenager. I noticed that there seemed to be rampant homelessness when Nixon and Ford were President then it dropped of the radar when Carter took office. It then reappeared during the Reagan and Bush 1 administrations then disappeared again during Clinton.
The thing that amazed me the most was how the Press would only wait a handful of months before attacking Republican Presidents regarding the homeless, as if thousands of people instantly became such right after the Inaugurations.
