You look at Jupiter to see Jupiter’s moons. Where else would you look?

It will rise in the East after sunset and transit the sky to the West. You can’t miss it. I saw it Sunday night at about 0300 and it is brighter than anything else in the night sky.
Saturn will be next to appear and follow the same path but it is not as bright as Jupiter.
If you have a spotting scope or a small telescope on a tripod you will see much more than with binoculars.
It’ll be by far the brightest object in the sky.
Down in MS (Gulf Coast) we have lots of cloud cover for the duration...
