GILROY, Calif. (Reuters) - Police continued on Tuesday to look into what motivated a teenager to shoot visitors attending a popular California food festival over the weekend, killing three people, including a 6-year-old boy and 13-year-old girl.Santino William Legan, 19, cut through a fence at the Gilroy Garlic Festival on Sunday and shot people, seemingly at random, with an assault-style rifle, according to the Gilroy police department. Police officers on the scene fatally shot the gunman within about a minute of him opening fire. Police had obtained search warrants for a home in Gilroy associated with the suspect and a car they believe he drove to the festival, a decades-old annual event celebrating the produce farmed in the countryside south of San Jose.

That could have just been an erroneous report that made its way into the story early. Often those errors are simply dropped from the story line with no explanation.
Or, it could be that the kid was a well intentioned CC holder shooting at the real murderer (2nd suspect) who was actually an FBI agent. The cops see the kid first and take him out. Laughing at his good fortune, the FBI guy makes his escape.

Friday is the “usual” day to dominate the weekend news cycle.. that’s all. However I think it’s equally possible there will be no event as the mockingbird media will not report any declass that might occur.... therefore nothing to bury.

This park is not set up for this type of event except once per year. Normally it's a place to go for a family picnic or set up a volleyball net. Grassy with sycamore trees.
For Garlic Festival, they surround the place with rented chain link fence panels (maybe 8 feet square?) chained together. Entrants are funneled through a quick pass through the metal detector.
Plenty of cops there. I worked at least once as Mounted Sheriff Posse (non-LEO) riding the inside perimeter to report potential problems and provide a visible presence.
Any bolt cutter can get through the chain link. Then this guy had to find a quiet corner where he wouldn't be seen cutting the fence... not hard as the park borders wild areas in the back.
Yeah, it's a real puzzle.
As often as we hear about a second suspect in these things, those really are the only two possibilities.
Our domestic enemies have been losing lately, and with their ultra-important Hatefest I tonight, really needed this.

The fact that they are still seeking a motive, means the reason they already found is inconvenient.
I don't care what they write, what they post on social media, what they tell their friends. It's all just cover for the fact that these incels are losers who've never kissed a girl and are very angry because of it.
