No fan of this Red Flag BS, but this seems a fair shoot. Probably the shot was due to the struggle rather than intent, but there was no time to consider the possibilities.
it was a fair shoot. i wonder if it could have been avoided by going to the mans door at a civil hour. why 5 am?
