Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

I should have added on the autopsy, if Epstein truly did die. Of course if his death was faked, the white hats could put out anything to continue the narrative they want or that is necessary to the plan, in the autopsy results.

I am finding there are literally thousands of symbols out there they use to communicate to each other without it even registering with most people. It makes people uncomfortable and disgusts but that is exactly how they got away with it for so long.

The warden or whatever the BOP calls the jail administrator should have had personal concern about the safety of Epstein until he went too court or was transferred to a a prison. This is gross negligence and maybe be a violation of classification regulations in the federal system. It would have been the places I worked and did consulting at.
lastly the DOJ is over the FBI and BOP and should not conduct this investigation as they are investigating themselves and there AGs subordinates. Trump should have assigned Rudy who is independent of the system and a veteran of serious investigations and cases. If they wanted the truth and to reassure the public, that would be the way to go.

Also, compare the pic of Epstein and the face on the gurney. The bridge of the nose where it meets the brow ridge. Epstein’s comes off at a steeper angle.
Rodham’s comes off at the same angle.
Also compare the cheeks of the three pictures.
Rodham’s and the face on the gurney are more rounded. The pic of Epstein has the cheek flatter.
And the eye.
Epstein’s eye is more recessed. Rodham’s and the face on the gurney are equally less so.
