There is no statute of limitations for federal crimes punishable by death, nor for certain federal crimes of terrorism, nor for certain federal sex offenses. Prosecution for most other federal crimes must begin within five years of the commitment of the offense. There are exceptions.Nov 14, 2017 https://www.google.com/search?q=rico+statute+of+limitations&rlz=1C1CHBF_enUS763US763&oq=rico+sta&aqs=chrome.2.69i57j0l5.8343j0j8&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
Further, I believe that investigation-wise the work is already done if good guys have all the NSA data. From the link in #233 under rules of evidence for military tribunals in the first chart. Actual voice/written communications would certainly have 'probative value to a reasonable person'. probative value. n. evidence which is sufficiently useful to prove something important in a trial.
Lest I be accused of not posting the second half of the definition. The second half doesn't apply in a military tribunal setting. Just that is sufficiently useful to prove something important in the trial. A defendant's actual words or written words would seem to fit. If the source is an issue, there are tons of retired with TS SCI clearances from when they were active in their billets.
Ooooh, thanks. Ive never thought we had the federal manpower to even begin to address the magnitude and multitude of the Q theater for action.
I get the collection of information in NSA Utah, its just applying all that with precision, tossing it to what? Grand Juries? and prosecutors, and are there enough courtrooms to reel it all into. Sounds like a legal Armageddon of cases that few would live to see ever ending. Maybe I need to go recalibrate.. from the looming scope of this thing.
Thanks, very much!..... I think. :D
