No it doesn’t explicitly say that in the article. Just like they didn’t explicitly say that Twitter/FB/etc were designed to spy on us.
Shouldn’t it be listed somewhere? I’ve tried looking for Senate and House hearings and am not finding it unless I am just not looking in the right place.
