We know the POTUS would never so cede his own Executive right to Declassify, to Barr, when if he gets tired of waiting he can’t open the floodgates himself.
There must be some rhyme or reason to this interminable delay, surely connected to something or someone or several people or things which will signal that it’s “Time’s Up”?

I don’t know if I completely agree with your thoughts, I don’t think Our President is totally holding out on ‘election actions’ as he has it won already, even if we shouldn’t get to sure of this and have high turn out voters, but elections shouldn’t have anything to do with this, there is something else working behind the scenes, nothing you or I have any idea what it is...it will be released soon I would imagine...
