Her taste in furnishings, paint choices, curtains, pea green piano(???), etc., sucks. The bones are okay, I guess. Not my style, but they’re okay. The views and location are fabulous. But that’s just me. Finally, $50 million?... Take a hike!

But she’s about 8 years older than I am. I’m guessing that she doesn’t want to deal with all those stairs anymore.
