Sounds like New York city which I would imagine is like every city or town run by liberals. When I lived there in Queens this old lady down the block from me owned a house that she didn’t live in and this black dude broke in and was living there and if you can believe it, she had to go to housing court to get him out which took over a year. Burglary? What’s that? Oh he is just an innocent tenant!
How do people not know this stuff. Two weeks. If someone stays with you for 14 days (I think it’s in a 6-month period), they become a tenant. If they collect mail at your resdence, it IS their home of record.
