I think the poster was referring to Mitt as the “Myth”...not Sarah.
SARAH 2024 The American Party
Never mind, I connected pair following pair in that paragraph in error.
No one’s going to turn down a Vice Presidential slot, regardless of who the front runner was. It’s the opportunity of a lifetime. So no, there was no “drawback” from being McCain’s VP choice.
>>>Have her replace Rick Perry if he steps down.
She is about to become the divorced mother of an 11 year old special needs child. I don’t think moving from Alaska to DC to take a job that requires a lot of travel makes a lot of sense at this point.
The ONLY reason I voted for McLame was because of Sarah Palin. Not because she was "hot" or "good looking" it was because she was SMART and she knows how to connect with people that infuriates the libtards ahd the GOP-E.
Methinks we haven't seen or heard the last of her. Not yet.
Murkowski is up in 2022. No excuse.
SHOULD WE have paid her legal bills b4 she resigned?
“She is about to become the divorced mother of an 11 year old special needs child. I dont think moving from Alaska to DC to take a job that requires a lot of travel makes a lot of sense at this point.”
I don’t see that as a problem; I think she could pull it off easily. She’s not a cream puff, for sure. Without Todd she might do even better. As hunky as he is, I never did see him as First Dude or imagine him glad-handing at a State Dinner.
>>>I think she could pull it off easily. Shes not a cream puff, for sure.
I wasn’t thinking of her. I was thinking of Trigg. Divorce is hard on kids, and moving him thousands of miles from family and friends probably doesn’t help. The Energy Secretary spends a lot of time traveling the globe, so she would be away from Trigg many nights during this transition.
I will never forget how Sara was treated by the media, especially the interview on evening news. I can not remember the name of the reporter, all I remember is his trying to twist her words and his arrogant condescending attitude. It was that point when I lost the tiny silver of respect I had for the media. Never again will I trust or believe the lying jerks.
“No one need think about a new messiah figure suddenly appearing. The Democrats dont have one.”
I’ve been following politics since I was a teen. This is the WEAKEST bench the Dems have ever had in my lifetime.
We had BETTER make hay of it!
Remember how everybody laughed at her in 2008 when she said "Drill, baby, drill"?
"Such an unsophisticated rube" sniffed the elite.
Fast forward 10 years and the United States, thanks to all that drilling, is now energy dependent and is assured of plentiful energy for decades to come. So much so that we will now become a major exporter of energy, in addition to supplying ourselves.
This is the REAL reason we are pulling troops out of the Middle East. We don't need to concern ourselves with their oil fields anymore.
Looking at Sarah Palin's poll numbers in Alaska before she was chosen (more popular with Alaska democrats than the democrat she beat for the job), it's clear that there was a downside. The deep state dishonestly chose to portray her as a caricature in the minds of many Americans, and they succeeded.
I don't for one minute believe that the FBI and CIA directors decided at President Trump's candidacy to, for the first time, meddle in American politics (or for the first time with Sarah). This is not a small step for normal people to take. I assume that Governor Palin was one of many victims of the same tactics that CIA uses to topple governments abroad, the same tactics they tried against President Trump. It is better to discredit than kill, because that public attacks discourage the next decent person in line. Just ask Justice Kavanaugh.
The problem for America is that our deep state enemies are now out in the open. Sunlight can help to eliminate these evil traitors, but it can also make them desperate. An uglier possibility is that the globalist whispering spooks of the CIA have now come to the full attention of patriotic Americans who used to work at the pointy end of America's spear. If skilled trigger pullers take an active/kinetic role in our political process, to balance out the socialist sneaks, I worry about who will control where that path leads.

I told so many folks that I was going to vote for Sarah Palin, not McCain. Told them that in order to get Sarah Palin in the VP seat she had to drag that old liar into the P seat.
McCain was a poisonous old man; same as he ever was as a young man.
