Juveniles - did the witness check their IDs to see that they were all under the age of 18 or what?

Would a witness even use the word juvenile? I doubt it.

Teens, young guys, boys etc would be more common.

Blacks and hispanics running together? Doubtful.

Meanwhile, muslims come in a variety of shades. Is there a muslim “refugee” settlement nearby?

Where I came from, Blacks and Mexicans did not get along. The Mexicans stood up to them and did not back down from them like the Whites did.
