Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

I see that 3D&3N is wisely waiting for confirmation before declaring it true Q comms. In the event that it is Q, then here's a definition of "Rig for Red" as it pertains to submarines.
"Rig for Red" is normally a command used in the Control Room. It is normally used when the boat is going to be surfacing or coming to Periscope Depth at night. The purpose is to give the lookouts and the officer designated to head to the bridge upon surfacing a chance for their eyes to adjust to darkness, or the OOD the same thing before looking through the Periscope. However, with the change to Blue, often times Red glasses are also used to provide the same effect and then Control is changed when the command is given to surface or come to PD.
During Battle Stations and at night, many spaces are rigged for red in order to simulate night conditions.

Guys on Twitter said it a Navy term. Shut white lights off, and bring red lights up on a ship for charts. Also a sub marine, rig for red, so the guy can see out of the periscope. FWIW

I’ve been checking @realDonaldTrump to see if there is something to confirm. POTUS silent most of today (12 hours), but retweeted things 48 min and 33 min ago. (about POTUS arrival at Madison Square Garden)
So far not seeing anything jumping out at me as a Q proof confirmation from POTUS. (timestamps?? haven’t checked)

Perhaps the earlier Flag pics in Q drops were still images (cropped) taken from that video. I think Q did something similar as authentication re flight over China (they acquired multiple images, one or two of of series or video included as Q drop)
Okay, I think I sort of grok it. So what circumstances would require rig for red?
