Works for me, It’s pretty much what I have been doing.
22 lbs down since the end of August with much, much better blood sugar readings.
I am about ready to discontinue taking Glimipiride with my daily Metformin because I have been having lows lately, that’s not a pleasant thing.
I can see why you have not been posting much on low carb lately when I see the comments here.
My Doctor took me off Metformin and started me on Glimpride a month ago and now I'm suffering some anxiety

LOL - no, the comments don’t bother me. Everyone has a choice: Either believe what the (Big-Carb sponsored) media tells them, that is after spending 3 years telling them that Trump colluded with Russia, or believe the dozens of people on my ping list, each of whom has absolutely NOTHING TO GAIN by relating their personal stories, along with the doctors who have put their own careers on the line.
I have lost 85 pounds since January 15. I was on two metformin and two Glipizide a day. Now my A1C reading are 4.9 most of the time; the reset between 4.7 and 5.0
