It’s funny that my MD just told me last wk that baking soda should not be taken b/o the salt. But when I go to the hospital, first thing they hook me up to saline solution IV. Isn’t that table salt? Plus, if u google b.s. the first page is nothing but “health benefits of baking soda”I don't give medical advice, but maybe you should look into potassium bicarbonate if sodium is a problem for you.
