I do baking soda for brushing and hydrogen peroxide with water for a gargle.
I have a terrible time keeping my teeth “clean” - my dentist yells at me constantly, but no cavities in over 20 years.
Are you saying you use just plain baking soda for brushing (as opposed to some brand of toothpaste containing baking soda, like "Arm & Hammer"), and just plain, ordinary, brown-bottle hydrogen peroxide with water for a gargle (as opposed to some brand of mouthwash which contains hydrogen peroxide, like "Listerine Healthy White", or "Colgate Peroxyl")?
If that is the case, what measurements of water/hydrogen peroxide do you use, and do they do an effective, noticeable job of whitening your teeth when you use them?
(Just wanted to be sure I really understand what you posted. Thanks!)
