In Iraq, that sign could be a T72 tank, M1 Abrams tank, an MRAP, APC, HMVV with belt fed machine gun on top, Russian APC(if there are any left), or just a unit of Iraqi military guarding a road or bridge.
They police/military in Iraq don’t get dressed up in riot gear and do the Stomp&Drag. They grab their AK, RPKs, PKMs and squeeze the trigger.
