Not minor. It’s correct, and I was assuming that all would be present—but that’s not necessarily true—how could DERPs take advantage of this to rig the Senate vote—not sure—but they will likely try I think.

Thanks. I think when it first came up the fear was that some R Senators would stay away, making it easier to reach the 2/3 level.

They’d still be called out for that, so I think it’s unlikely.
