Obama made sure that stuff was taken care of while he was potus. We're lucky we know what we do. The truth is, we won't ever fully know everything they did. What gave it away for me were the radar antennas. Russian antennas don't look like Western antennas even in the same frequency band.

I suppose it helps that my specialty was Electronic Warfare. I'm a bit surprised that I picked up on that as fast as I did. It's been a while since I did this stuff for a living.
