In fact the idea is the opposite. They say Obama brought democracy to Libya with his wonderful Arab Spring but ‘reactionary forces’ are afraid of ‘progressive’ stuff like Muslim Brotherhood and such and working hard to reinstall ‘tyranny’ just to make a point that US is up to no good and weak on top of it.

But you see, “reactionary forces” are liberal descriptions of anybody who opposed communists. Or radical Muslims.

Hillary destroyed that country. Opened its ports as a conduit to Europe.
