Same idiotic reasoning that defended Aziz Ansari grabbing a woman’s hand and putting it on his naked crotch at his apartment after drinks at a bar when she’d come up to discuss getting a job.
That’s something completely different.
First, she was at the bar with him and then agreed to go to his apartment. She’s a grown woman, she knows what’s up. I promise you.
Second, he gets naked and she sticks around.
Third, he grabs her hand and puts it on his junk.
At what point did she say...Uh yeah, Mr Ansari I’m a little uncomfortable with how this is going, I think I’ll leave now. She didn’t as far as I know.
If he blocked the door as she was trying to leave and did what he did, it goes back to false imprisonment and, its a stretch, but simple assault as well.
But, rubbing one out in front of anyone, isn’t force. I’ve investigated all sorts of sex crimes and that ain’t one of them.
