But as you stated....She repeatedly brushed him aside. Why in the hell did she stay there? Why, after the first attempt or his getting naked did she stay there? She was a grown ass woman. If she didn’t want to be there, felt uncomfortable she should have left. Again, moron, back to my original premise. If she tried to walk out or away and he prevented that, as naked as the day he was born, he committed the crime of False Imprisonment, Assault and maybe, Kidnapping.
Good Lord, by your own sentence, she didn’t leave. She could have left. At what point do two consenting adults, after drinking at a bar, then ajourn to his place for more drinks, not know what the f*ck is going on? The moment he asked her back to his place/room, whatever, she knew what was up.
