I’m considering not getting the shot.
I do take 10K vitamin D and xinc and all that.
I was able to stay out of the doctor’s office by putting colloidal silver in my Net-pot and nebulizer though...

I just don’t go to Dr. for most stuff. I have a Dr. Handbook that I bought from Medical School, and the European Commissions reports on alternative treatments-herbs etc. and the internet—so first I try to see if I can get improvement.
48 hr. rule works pretty good for Dr. too. LOL
