How Natalie Wood Seduced Her Way Into ‘Rebel Without a Cause’

It is more than a little bit amusing that you feel it is necessary in defense of your hero who was never even publicly named by his victim... to call her out as a slut with multiple links? Ha Ha Ha!!! Where have we seen that defense previously? Oh, that is right just about 90% of the time in any rape case, even when the victim has had to receive medical treatment at the hospital. I am sure she wanted it, didn't she? Oh, but do not worry I know your reason for doing this is to protect the reputation of an innocent man who has been cruelly victimized by accusations from multiple women when he was drunk and vulnerable.

There is a reason this discussion has been only between the two of us for the last couple of days... no one else wants to suffer through posts. With your words you have painted yourself as a caricature of people who make excuses for leftist pedophile rapists. It seems funny to me, but others do not seem to find it so amusing. And who knows what they think of me? Your view is Michael Avenatti the 2nd I suppose. That those who are now ignoring our exciting exchange just do not know what they are missing. But I assure you that I am very grateful for all of the time being spent to educate me about your great intellect and am waiting on pins and needles for your next literary masterpiece.

I already mentioned my caveat after I posted those links. I said that there are mitigating articles that tell us different stories. So which one should I believe?

You referred to some article by posting a link accusing someone of rape. I refer to other articles that seem to point to another person who might fit the description and then on that basis, you then accuse me of calling the alleged victim a slut.

Well, I can tell you this — I AM NOT SUFFERING. And I don’t consider this a waste of time. I REALLY WANT TO BE CONVINCED. Unfortunately, every time I tried to help the discussion to push it along so that your point of view could possibly prevail by telling you WHAT will convince me, you have failed to provide me with those materials or evidence I want.

1) You are assuming the person being accused by you, did the act. If you had good evidence, I would have come to your point of view.

2) Since you have not provided evidence, I am a skeptic, and if you are wrong, you will have broken the 9th commandment.

Lets face it, this discussion has been a huge waste of time for both of us. Have there been false accusations made against men by women claiming that they have been raped? Obviously! What are the reasons for this? Occasionally mistaken identity. But most rapes are committed by people the “victim” knew. So you would have to look at the motives on a case by case basis. The motives you have given for Natalie Wood telling many people over the years about her experience have been laughable at best. I suspect at this point that you were being completely disingenuous.

Historically the vast majority if rapes not been reported. And this is still true today. There are various reasons for this as well, but number one is that the victim usually has known the rapist and she/he as been carefully selected partially on the basis of the likelihood that she/he will report the crime. Many, if not most rapes are planned and not an act of spontaneity.

You have wasted your words demanding types of “evidence” that you are well aware cannot and does not exist in nearly any rape case largely because of planning by the perpetrator. The other factor in this situation is the many years that have passed since the alleged event. All we now have to go on is the words and interviews of people who Natalie Wood told about the heinous event over the years and her sister who confirmed she was with Natalie and her mother the night it happened and has given clues that lead only to Kirk Douglass. She has not yet named him... but don't worry your little head over it... it probably won't be much longer.

My wife and I are old movie fans and we have enjoyed films which have featured Natalie Wood and films with Kirk Douglass. The history of how these films came to be and the stories of those who made them is often almost and sometimes more interesting than the films themselves.

I find that you have been completely disingenuous in this discussion, especially your ridiculous suppositions that would/could not have happened in the time periods being discussed. Your nearly transparent motive in most cases has been to discredit Ms. Woods and confuse persons with no historical perspective. You have repeatedly attempted to portray yourself as reasonable while peddling nonsense. In other words you have adopted the methods of our current mainstream media and propagandists throughout history.
