I thought it would be fun to have homing pigeons. Is that the kind that he had?
Hubby said that what was known as a “homing pigeon” is basically extinct but if you get wild pigeons, cage and feed for a couple of weeks then let them out they will come back.
He had a few tumblers too, not too smart as they would tumble and hit the power lines.
