Assuming that there is actually some underlying purpose for the photograph and given that it is St George's Church, St George slaying the dragon comes immediately to mind. The legend has St George slaying a dragon who is demanding human sacrifice. This is analogous to Trump slaying the human trafficking dragon. 
While it is well known that St George is the patron saint of England, he is also the patron saint of Moscow.
Since Tineye says that it is a unique photo, it may well be a favorite photo he took of his hometown. You need to be careful shaving with Occam's Razor.
