I don't know if Tom Hanks ever had Covid-19 or had legal problems. But now a WHO based organization is claiming it's making a vaccine from Hanks' blood. I suspect the entire reason for naming Hanks in this vaccine effort is to tap into celebrity culture worship - people who would ordinarily be skeptical about a vaccine would eagerly accept it if it is associated with Tom Hanks, or any other of their favorite celebrities.

I had missed this. Nothing a corrupt governor likes more than to ban the public from protesting their totalitarian dictates:

California’s Highway Patrol (CHP) said it will no longer grant permits for protests on state property, including the state Capitol, following demonstrations Monday against Gov. Gavin Newsom’s (D) stay-at-home order.

Officer John Ortega told The Hill Wednesday that effective immediately any permit request at state facilities, including the state Capitol, will be denied until public health officials determine it is safe to gather again.

And it works so well for HIV etc. They also had to react to people saying if Hanks really had it then use his blood for a plasma cure...
