Apparently some of the non-military folks don't understand the MAD protocol, or what the result would be.
What we do know:
The virus was released in Wuhan, China, so our government has a basis to blame China.
The funding came from Gates, Soros, NIH, CDC, and UNC. The original sample came from Ft. Detrick, MD. The initial research was done at UNC, by the Chinese researcher who took it back to China. Therefore, China blames the USA.

BESIDES this particular ongoing event, this would indicate that 18 USC Sec 242 is controlling over a hell of a lot of past presidential executive orders, back to at least the Roosevelt/money center banks theft of Americans gold.
The immediate counter argument to this would be that under the Corporate US government the majority of the citizenry “consented” to this. The counter-counter to this is the legal foundation premise that Fraud vitiates ALL contracts...

I think we now know why last year all those Democrats won their governor races while the rest of the contests went solidly Republican. They needed to have Ds in charge when this happened, Meaning ... this was planned since last year.
