I don’t think Trump has said that it was intentionally released—in fact he’s being careful to pretend that it was accidental. The intentional part for now according to POTUS comes in when China prevented airplanes from going to Beijing but allowed them to spread all over the world etc.

You're right. I believe he said publically they had evidence showing it was released from Wu Han.

He did say, however (if you believe in Q), through the back channel that is Q, this;

He also said this;

So, yes. It was intentional and Trump knows it. He said it through Q, and is not saying it publicly to prevent WWIII.

I'm with greeneyes on this one. The plan was for Hillary to get in, the military to remain unfunded, and for us to get into a land war in North Korea, while simultaneously being bogged down in the middle east and Afghanistan. The military would have been broken by the end of 2019, and the Wuhan flu then sweeps through, but with Hillary in charge, no cures, the crap pulled in New York goes nationwide, and we're locked down until Gates unveils his mark of the beast vaccine, and you take it to get out of lock down.

They're still trying to run the playbook. Proof is that California and New York are running it, anyway.
