-- Could POTUS, under the Emergency Declaration, move to protect the federal election by positioning military oversight in the Post office and at the "counting houses", carrying through on Chain of Custody concerns? --

I believe thre are optics and practical (like would it even help?) isues with that approach. I don;t know any legal impediment, but drumming up a justification would stink. I don;t know how much of the fraud is perpetrated by the USPTO anyway.

I think what the government is signaling is that the ballot box is a farce. What are you going to do about it?

My thoughts stemmed from the Constitutional aspect that States can format elections as they see fit.
States can just up and say, “mail-in elections”.
But, to do that, one would need to encumber the US Post office, a federal intermediary.
Once mail is in the mailbox, it becomes federally protected.
