I wonder if anybody can identify the star fields around the Space Force meatball? Does that look like Orion on the inside left?

I have a faint memory of some researcher claiming that

that rocket/ triangle/ sort of design feature in the middle is associated with some sort of evil group or theme or history of some such.

Has anyone else ran onto that claim?
