Did he say anything about forced vaccines or is this more Fake News?

He made a vague and confusing off-the-cuff remark about using the military to distribute a vaccine that may never exist. Left so much gray area that speculation can run all over as to what he really meant.

My most charitable interpretation is that if a vaccine is found he would not trust the f***-ups at the CDC to distribute it efficiently.
