I grew up as Air Force brat and got plenty of shots and vaccines. When I joined the Marines I even received a lot more shots.
I use to take the flu shot ever year and still got sick every time. Typically 3 to 4 times a year. I quit taking it in 2008 and have not ever since.
I did change up my diet and intake a lot nutrients. I have not been sick in 12 years and not even getting the common cold that I use to get 3 to 4 times a year ever year my entire life.
I was originally pro vaccines for a good part of my life. I trusted what I was being told and never really looked into it.
That was until I did the research, and decided I am not doing it anymore.
Here is my issue with all the pro vaxxers. If you have the vaccine, then you do not have to worry about the people that do not have it. Trying to force people, against their will, is medical tyranny.
I have no issue for anyone that wants to take, then go for it. However, the people that do not want to take it. Leave them alone. If you had a vaccine, then anyone without one is not a threat.
I’m in the same boat, pardner, and I took my last flu shot the month I retired - against my will, I might add, and got sick as a dog. I’m 64 now, take no pharmaceuticals and, years ago, I started taking a variety of supplements and adhere to an almost exclusively natural approach to preventive or therapeutic medicine. I take tincture of Echinacea (diluted of course), colloidal silver and zinc as immune system boosters and I am very rarely sick.
