Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

Could maybe stop states from making them mandatory under the First Amendment. Shouldn't be able to force someone to get something (vaccine), just as you shouldn't be able to force someone to buy something (failed Obunglecare).

I think POTUS is talking about vaccines right now to give a psychological life rope to that portion of the population who have been scared to death.
He knows there won't be a vaccine in 8 months; nor does he want one except to get the media to shut up right now; and, MORE IMPORTANTLY, get the country back on its feet.
I'd like to drop it liberally beyond the trees and see what the Eloi think of him succumbing to tin hat conspiracy theories like some Qook.

It looks as if that is not quite true - the lawsuit was related only to the reporting requirements to congress every two years despite what many obscure 'news' sites reported.
States can require mandatory vaccination - currently for children and some occupations.
