Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

I used to do a lot of stock research on small cap companies that were doing research that sounded very promising but coukd not get funding from the gov. Hence they start IPOs to gain funding. Penny stocks. They just get tuned out by pharma. We need to unleash our true potential for finding cures and stop big pharma, CDC, etc. From blocking real research. FauXi.

Here’s my guess: all patients are driven by institutional ‘protocol’ or practice to be an intubated COVID-19 patient ($39000) vs just a COVID-19 patient ($13000). Thus, by adding the ‘OR intubation’ part to the composite endpoint the positive effect on death alone becomes diluted out.
AND/OR they wanted to show no HCQ effect.

The fact that the medical establishment and the media are willing to see people die to make us believe there is no treatment for this illness is a breach of trust that can never be clawed back. It will taint every interaction between doctors and patients for years. Those you trust the most.
