Harvard Law professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz joined “Tucker Carlson Tonight” Wednesday to discuss the constitutionality of forcing members of the public to be vaccinated against the coronavirus, should a vaccine become available.
Host Tucker Carlson began the segment by acknowledging the argument that people “don’t have a right to endanger other people, your right to punch ends at the tip of my nose” before asking Dershowitz whether “the government has a right to endanger” people who may have an adverse reaction to a vaccine by forcing them to take it.
“The Supreme Court has said yes, and if the case came to the Supreme Court today, they would say yes, it would either be 9-0 or 8-1,” Dershowitz responded. “It is not a debatable issue constitutionally. Look, they have a right to draft you and put your life in danger to help the country. The police power of the state is very considerable.”
Dershowitz added that he agrees with the “moral argument” that no one should be subject to vaccine that has not been fully vetted on the chance it could help other people and noted that he wouldn’t want people to submit to a vaccine unless it is proven safe. …

He’s in no position to dictate anything concerning this.

and many places of public accommodation very well may require that you be vaccinated.
Absent a new and countervailing USSC decision, he is legally correct.
Though reality may say otherwise when the state tries to compel everyone to go along with their plan.

I couldn’t believe what Dersowh...aw who am I kidding, I cannot spell the man’s name.
I couldn’t believe what the professor said. The Constitution doesn’t prohibit forced vaccinations?
What about its guarantee against forced searches and seizures?
I would argue that an invasion of a person’s body would qualify as a forced search, especially when it comes to the body. That’s incredibly personal. I really think the professor was wrong, though his massive ego will never let him admit it.
And please forgive me for any mistakes in my vague recollection of the Constitution. I finished law school over twenty years ago and haven’t practiced since then. I stayed home with my children instead. As you can imagine, the opportunity costs were enormous.
Everyone is shocked if we ever discuss that this might not be stopped without bloodshed. But it is well proven that THEY will take it to bloodshed to get THEIR way.
They have lost their healthy fear of the American people, and no longer regard themselves as our employees. That is outrageously dangerous. No sane person wants America to experience the madness of a Balkan style civil war, but anyone can see it coming.
They are demanding more and more, and their demands are accelerating. We know there is a line too far that we will not submit to. One of us has to back down or it will be a fight. They show no signs of even being aware that they can go too far.
Prepare accordingly. And be sure you live where you wanna be when it starts.
They happen to kids, in school. Forced vaccination for adults is happening nowhere.
I believe a good friend of mine during Vietnam said you have three options 1. Fight. 2. Fu$k. . 3. Or go for your gun. They might as well come, then I can go get some.

Get the vaccine.
Want to get on an airplane?

We still do not have a kritocracy here. One civil war was fought over the depredations of a kritocratic Supreme Court.

The question is, can a private business demand that you be vaccinated before they conduct business with you?
But that is government action. No private sector action would be so unilateral.

Does an employer have the right to not hire you if you are not vaccinated?
Does an insurance company have the right not to insure you if you are not vaccinated?
Does a grocer have the right not to let you in their store if you are not vaccinated?
If it ever comes down to that level; those who started it should be the prime targets. Some are obvious; others not so much.
Unfortunately we can bet they will fly out on their private planes the second things get squirrelly so maybe other means will need to be employed to get their attention.
