Note that it is Sullivan who has hired the attorney, not the federal court that he represents. He knows that the White Hats are on to him.

spreading COVID among the elderly is good business..

Initial hospital admit is 9K....let them get sick enough to go to ICU.....another 39K to the hospital....discharge to nursing home...rinse repeat.

RICO doesn’t just apply to the John Gotti’s of the world.

Thanks. I knew something was bugging me about this, but I couldn't quite articulate it.

Wow! Now that guy is an Instant Follow ;-) I wonder if you read this “open tweet letter” to Sullivan?

https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1261480070683688967.html

It cuts off abruptly in the original thread, not sure why. I did a bit of searching just to try to confirm that he has a son of this age but didn’t turn anything up. According to John, any more revealing information was hushed-up.

Certainly the tease of the day!

I always wonder why johnheretohelp didn’t or hasn’t given all what he has (copies) to some good guys in the alphabets. Seems that would be the best way to get them as legal evidence. And RR is long gone. i know little about the topic but isn’t there something called chain of custody in evidence, and if it gets out in the public domain that does something to it?

Just when I think it couldn’t get any crazier. Judges can’t hire lawyers to defend their actions to a higher court. You know what a lawyer who helps a judge write an opinion or a legal brief to a higher court is called? A law clerk. And they work for the US government. An outside lawyer is not part of any rules I have ever heard of.

I suspect the appeals court, after they get over the shock of what this judge is doing, is going to tell him that a submission by a private lawyer representing the judge will not be allowed. If he’s not capable of writing his own reasons down on paper, what was he doing judging General Flynn’s case? If I were them, I would also refer the matter to the Supreme Court for review of judicial conduct.

I'm just now starting to pay attention to this guy. He feels legit and has the ring of truth to him. I will consider him legit until proven otherwise.

LJ, how do you know he hasn't turned his info over to Q team. Why would he be popping off and effing with the derps (including RR) if he wasn't protected? He knows these guys play for keeps. So that's a no-brainer.

Word around the campfire is that he has 'volunteer' Secret Service protection. And that's exactly how it would be if he were a legit ex spook ratting out the derps. When Q team says, 'we have it all', they are talking about having information just like this.

I'm keeping my eye on @Johnheretohelp. I recommend we all do. And if we ever see a 'cripple' ex CIA or intel guy testifying or on television, we know who it is.

“Just when I think it couldn’t get any crazier.”
......................................................
Ergo, my comment “Spoopy”. I wonder in what capacity is this lawyer being retained? (At his, Sullivan’s, expense?)
He already has (talented) Law Clerks, already has (Deep State) Lawyers ready to be “Friends of the Court”, already has his Judge Buddy on tap...Why does he require a “High Powered” Lawyer???

Inquiring minds want to know. Spoopy, eh?

Yep. And now that Sullivan has hired his own high-powered lawyer to “defend” against the mandamus - it seems clear someone has something very powerful on him. John’s allegations regard Sullivan’s son would sure fit that description if true.

I’m moving Sullivan right up to the tippy-top of my list of people I most want to see go down as a result of Spygate. What they did to Trump was bad enough, but at least you can see why he was such an important target. By deduction then, seeing the extent to which Sullivan was and still is determined to screw General Flynn tells us that as a target, he is just as important.

Why? I’m convinced it’s because both men are an existential threat to Obama’s legacy.

I'm baaack...

Been "out beyond the trees" on this excellent thread: The Railroading of Michael Flynn.

Very thorough article -- with this being my "thread of interaction":

  1. TXnMA -- #5

  2. TXnMA -- #13

  3. volunbeer -- #16

  4. TXnMA -- #19

(I was playing my "anti-Hannity" role: emphasizing that FBI problems aren't confined to "the top" -- rather, because of the trained-in "FBI Culture" -- the "rot" extends all the way down through the ranks.

Of course, I'm not condemning the majority of agents! But, IMO, the attitudes of even "good" agents must change as the culture is "cleaned up".

Example: The FD302 -- as now used -- must GO! Interviews must be recorded (preferably video). Then, a "new '302'" might be worthy of being used as evidence (with recording transcripts to check for fidelity & accuracy).

There's a whole lot about the authoritarian, retaliatory, "We Make the TRUTH" FBI culture that must change.

Sadly, I have my own doubts as to whether reforming the current FBI is even feasible...

Seen too much...

Judge Emmett Sullivan Hires High-Powered DC Attorney to Fight Flynn Mandamus Case in Appeals Court

Here's a couple of tidbits about this lawyer, Wilkinson, that scumbag Sullivan retained.

More recently, Wilkinson was retained by Summer Zervos in a suit in New York state court that accuses Trump of lying in his denials that he did not grope and kiss her without consent in 2007. The case is pending.

In the D.C. Circuit now, Wilkinson is counsel to Cheryl Mills, a former aide to then-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, in a dispute over a deposition in a public-records case. One of Sullivan’s colleagues on the bench, U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth, said the plaintiff—the conservative advocacy group Judicial Watch—could depose Clinton and Mills…

Derp Judge hires derp lawyer.

It just gets derpier and derpier.

I think I will have to agree with Vincent. I want to see what type of wrist watch A.G. Sessions wears.

I may start to look into what type of watch Session wears.

John’s allegations regard Sullivan’s son would sure fit that description if true.

Not just the dirtbag son, but the partnership in corruption with Milk Dud head, Elijah Cummings. Johnheretohelp describes a lifetime of corruption and millions of dollars in profit.

His handling of the Flynn case comes into focus now.

This guy is a derp state fixer. There can be no doubt.
