Mmm, diced up in scrambled eggs - you can do a lot with garlic scapes - what a nice flavor they add.
I’ll try that next. I have more to cut. Hadn’t thought about increasing the size of the cloves...mine are small (not the Elephant cloves) so this will be a good experiment.
