What is it with Garlic grown in CA? Something in the soil? The sea air? Mine has looked good but never THAT good! :)

One correction. Inchellium garlic is a SOFT NECK vaiety and not a stiff neck. It was discovered growing on a Indian reservation in Washington state years ago...
