As I recall ... bagster found curious to learn that the perp officer was an actor & I noted I’d heard + seen statements that Floyd was an actor, too - but I’d seen no source for such. Now I have. Things are not as they appear(ed).
I’m not sure that’s him. The eagle’s wing tips seem to curl up higher around the shoulder of guy on right. But could be an illusion due to his position.
