His fentanyl range was definitely enough to be lethal.

Yeah, I think the high amount of fentanyl was what killed him. It had nothing to do with blood going to his head. His heart and lungs shut down.
i havent read the autopsy to see how severe his covid 19 was...but it would effect those areas and make it more vulnerable.
He had a huge cocktail of drugs going on if you read the report, incuding morphine.....the guy was loaded!
