Remember some weeks ago when 45 with First Lady gave the speech at the car race? They drove the beast around the track. It was such a big deal. They were so well received at the race.

I can’t give a definitive answer, but my take on it is that the information is available to the lawyers of the accused. You can’t defend your client if you don’t know what he’s been accused of. So if Dershowitz was accused then his lawyer has access.
The question that leaves me with is why he would confirm what was in it. I’m not sure if that’s legal. At the very least, it seems like a breech of ethics.
But this is all guesswork on my part. I have no expertise in this area.

I stopped using FB many years ago, never signed up for Twitter or any of the other social media - primarily over spying/tracking/privacy concerns.

I like that.
I don’t care one bit about NASCAR, and I have almost no knowledge of it. But I suspect that NASCAR did, indeed, betray you. I base this on the actions of the man who runs it, Petty, and the behavior of the other drivers in showing their “support” of poor Bubba. Looks like Wallace is not the only faker in this.
Could be wrong, but this is my take.
