I wanted to add but forgot to, that this afternoon it was announced on WBZ 1030 AM in Boston that Berman had been fired.

So he IS gone.

Hopefully. Let's see if those judges who appointed Berman are holding a card up their sleeve. As Q says in #4484, They will fight! As in the odd ploy of Judge Sullivan in the Gen. Flynn case, it may be quasi legal but may be designed to delay action until the election.
